Healing in Heels was created as a space for empowerment, beauty, and spiritual connection — but Spirit had bigger plans.
What began as a show about healing evolved into something deeper: a platform to honor real people doing real healing every day. From service workers and caregivers to first responders and community leaders, this show shines a light on those who give endlessly — often without recognition.

This isn’t about perfection or performance.
It’s about presence, truth, and honoring the human experience.

healing is everywhere — and everyone deserves to receive it too.

When I created Healing in Heels, I knew it was meant to be about healing — but a few episodes in, Spirit made something very clear.

This wasn’t just about how I heal others.
It was about honoring the people who heal the world every day.
This part of the show is deeply personal to me.
I grew up watching people work hard without being seen. Showing up early. Staying late. Carrying responsibility quietly. That shaped who I am and how I move through the world.

Today, my healing work looks different.
I heal through Spirit — and yes, sometimes in a pair of heels.
​
But healing doesn’t have one uniform.
Healing shows up in farmers, firefighters, police officers, nurses, teachers, caregivers, service workers, and small business employees. Healing shows up in people who give their energy, their hearts, and their time to others — often without acknowledgment.

This is my way of giving something back.
Not a spotlight for performance.
Not a moment for attention.
But a moment of recognition. Healing. Gratitude.
Because not all healers wear heels.
But all healers deserve to be honored.
