First, learn how your intuition speaks.
You don’t need to rush into mediumship or have every
spiritual experience figured out. Beginner psychic
development starts with recognizing what is already
natural to you. Learning your strongest clair can help
you understand whether intuitive or psychic information
tends to arrive through
feeling, knowing, seeing, hearing, or another form
of perception.
Before trying to become “more psychic,” I’d begin by
learning the spiritual language you may already be
using without realizing it.

Once you begin receiving impressions, the next stage

discernment.
What is intuition? What is psychic information? What

intentional—strengthening your clairs, understanding
energy, practicing boundaries, and learning how to
work with psychic information with greater clarity
and trust.
